1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Stitch Bros for embroidery services. Submitting an order will be considered an agreement to these terms.
2. Quotations and Orders
Our quotations are based on the information you provide. Prices vary based on design complexity, thread choices, and materials.
3. Artwork and Design Approval
You are responsible for the accuracy of your designs, including any trademarks or copyrights. Production begins once you review and approve the final design, acknowledging that you cannot make any further changes.
4. Payment
We will send you an invoice via PayPal. We place orders in the production queue once we receive full payment. Full payment is required before we ship your order, and we accept virtually all payment methods.
5. Turnaround Time
Our standard turnaround time is two weeks from the date of design approval, payment, and the arrival of items. We typically complete orders with 100 items or less within a week, excluding shipping time. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
6. Shipping and Handling
We will ship your order to the address you provide. Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, information errors, changes to orders, or payment delays.
7. Returns and Refunds
Custom Orders - Due to the custom nature of embroidery, all sales for custom orders are final. However, if there is a mistake during production, we will correct the order at our expense.
Retail Items - We accept returns for non-custom orders under the following conditions:

The item must be in its original condition.

The customer must make returns within 30 days of receiving an item.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a refund or exchange, as the customer prefers.
8. Limitation of Liability
Stitch Bros' liability shall be limited to the amount payable by the client for the order. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
9. Intellectual Property
The client warrants that they have the right to use the designs provided and will indemnify Stitch Bros against any claims a third party makes for copyright or trademark infringement.
10. Privacy Policy
We will only use personal information received to fulfill your order and will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice.
